To fully meet customer requirements, exceed expectations and improve product and process quality with the principle of continuous improvement. To provide governance through process control, risk management and performance indicators based on ISO 16949 (IATF 16949) and ISO 9001 standards. To increase product reliability and process stability based on a preventive approach. To develop quality-oriented long-term collaborations with our suppliers.

Environmental Policy

To use natural resources efficiently, manage waste effectively and aim to continuously reduce environmental impacts. To support sustainable production through energy efficiency, renewable energy use and carbon footprint control. To fully comply with local and international environmental laws and regulations and to observe ethical environmental responsibility.

Occupational Health and Safety Policy

To protect the health and safety of our employees at the highest level, to provide a safe working environment through risk analysis and proactive measures. To adopt a continuous improvement approach aiming to reduce occupational accidents and occupational diseases to zero level. To create a cultural understanding of safety through training, awareness raising and participation of employees.

Energy Management Policy

Monitoring energy consumption, increasing efficiency and using sustainable energy sources. Preferring energy-saving technologies, measuring and improving energy performance. Making energy saving awareness an in-house culture.
